I understand the importance of daily walks and socialising.
Like you, I want the very best for your dog.
Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a dog walker in Aylesbury.
I have always loved animals and I have always had dogs in my life. My husband and I have a wonderful dog called Mack who is a Border Terrier/Jack Russell. He has a lovely temperament and is great around other dogs. We love visiting the Lake District and going on long walks together.
I left full time employment to pursue a career I love and have a passion for. I wanted to combine my love of the outdoors and animals so I started Aylesbury Dog Walking. I have completed a Professional Dog Walking and Pet Sitting course and I am also trained in canine first aid. I love being around animals and their happiness and wellbeing is very important to me. I often have my head in a book so I'm always learning new things about dogs. It gives me a better understanding of their behaviours and needs.
I am also a professional photographer and love to photograph pets so please see my Pricing page for further details.
I understand that people have busy lives and don’t always have time to walk their dogs. If you're at work all day or just cant get out, let Aylesbury Dog Walking give you a helping hand.
Although I am insured to walk six dogs, I try to limit it to four per walk so each dog can have my full care and attention.
I interact with your dog throughout the walk and they will be well exercised and get to play with other dogs in a safe environment.
Your dog’s welfare and happiness is my first priority.
I meet all dogs first to make sure they are comfortable in my company. I believe that every dog is different and has individual needs so I am happy to discuss this with you during our first meeting.
I ask that all dogs are up to date with their vaccinations and do not show aggression towards other dogs.
The adventure starts here!
Pet & Home Visits
If your pet is at home all day or it is too young or too old to go out, I can plan a visit where I can interact with your pet, let it out, feed it and more importantly, give it some company & TLC. I know that each pet is different so I will cater my visit to meet your pets needs.
Don't forget about those smaller pets too who will also need feeding and watering while you are away from home. If you have a pet, I am happy to visit it!
If you have just welcomed a new little addition to your family but have other commitments during the day, I can spend time with your puppy during the important socialisation period. During the visit I am happy to keep up with any training you have started. I can also take them on a short walk so they have time to explore and also time to play.
Only with your permission and when I am 100% comfortable will I let your dog off the lead.
